Since established in 1996, Fathers & Families Coalition, Inc. continues to address the growing demand for outcomes-based accountability primarily for nonprofit organizations and governmental agencies. Across the nation, nonprofit organizations, for profit corporations and governmental contractors are all experiencing increased examination from funders and contracting agencies to document and evaluate the work that they do. Governmental and private contracting agencies demand clear evidence that the projects they fund produce measurable outcomes.

What We Do
Fathers & Families Coalition, Inc. provides program evaluation and technical assistance services to the nonprofit, for profit and governmental sectors nationally. FFC also offers services in the areas of Group Evaluations and Contractor Technical Assistance, Program Planning and implementation, Qualitative Research, Strategic Planning, K-12 Programs and Special Projects, Staff training and Conference Presentations.
PROGRAM EVALUATION AND LOGIC MODELING
A mainstay of FFC’s professional toolbox is capacity building and assessment services. The Logic Modeling method is designed to build organizational capacity by training your staff members to take control of the project/program development, implementation and evaluation processes.
OUTCOMES-BASED ACCOUNTABILITY
Based on the program Logic Model, FFC will create the evaluation plan and timeline, facilitate ongoing data collection, provide quantitative and qualitative analysis, identify measurable outcomes and document overall programmatic impact. FFC will also provide you with a final evaluation report in layman’s terminology. This unique service will not only enhance the usability of evaluation findings for your organization, it will also facilitate the dissemination of the findings to multiple constituencies in a user-friendly, culturally competent format.
Qualitative & Quantitative Research
FFC provides a full range of research and documentation services either online or on site. Deliverables include critical review of best practice models, comparative analysis, comprehensive research report, multi-media presentation, and dissemination to diverse audiences.
Strategic Planning/Theory of Change
To facilitate organizational assessment and future planning, FFC will conduct one or two-day workshops either onsite, online or during staff retreats.
Training/Continuing Education
To build organizational and/or community capacity, FFC will facilitate classes and staff development workshops with more than 6,000 trained to date and over 50 entities from Healthy Families, National Head Start Association to small emerging non-profits in the following areas:
