Attendee Demographics
600 hundred plus people are expected to attend the 2010 Conference from all areas in the United States. 35% of attendees are government employees, with the other 65% from non-profit organizations, for-profit companies, faith-based organizations, grassroots organizations, parents, and the general public.
Exhibit Space Available
19 table top displays, 6’ by 30” with black coverall. Tables to be positioned in the reception area on the perimeter walls. This location is exposed to all meal functions and AM and PM Breaks.
Resource tables will be available to accommodate 500 pieces that will utilize half a table only.
Objectives of Conference/Benefits of Exhibiting
This conference is presented as informational training to the attendees. There is a broad exposure and an opportunity to network with attendees from all over the nation. The National Fathers & Families Coalition has conducted its national conference annually for the past 10 years in the Phoenix area and similar venues in seven other states. Conference agenda will allow for attendees to patronize the exhibit tables.
Space Assignment
Space assignment will be on a first-come, first-served basis. When payment is received, the exhibitor will make the selection of the table location (see attached Floor Plan). We will make every effort to accommodate your selection. However, a waiting list will be established.
Facility Information 
Ceiling height is 27’ in exhibit area. Floor is carpeted.
Loading Area: Front door area and all exhibit materials may be delivered to the hotel site one week prior to conference date. Facility is not responsible for materials stored.
NOTE: BOXES MUST INDICATE THE CONFERENCE NAME AND DATE. The charge for delivery to the hotel is as follows:
       1 – 5 pounds = $5.00 each box
       6 – 20 pounds = $10 each box
      21-49 pounds = $15 each box
      50 pounds = $25 each box
      Pallets = $75 each
Exhibit installation may begin on March 1, 2011 at Noon
Exhibit must be dismantled on or before March 4, 2011 by 3:30 p.m.

The exhibit fee includes skirted table top display, card identifying name of company, and excellent position by all workshops and grand ballroom for full conference attendee exposure.
SPECIAL AD PRICING
For exhibitors who wish to publish a quarter-page advertisement in the conference brochure, the cost is only $200.00.

Deadline:
 Form and check must be received no later than 02/13/11.
 Cancellation
 Exhibitors may cancel up to 02/01/11, however, a cancellation fee of $200.00 will be charged.
Exhibitors who do not show forfeit the entire exhibit amount.
