Cancellations

Cancellations must be submitted in writing and received at least fifteen (15) days prior to the conference. A $100.00 enrollment charge will apply to all cancellation requests to cover hotel and catering costs. AZFFC will send an invoice for all cancellations after the deadline. No refunds will be made for cancellations received less than fifteen (15) days prior to the conference and by submitting this registration form all unpaid fees regardless of attendance will be invoiced at the post 21 February 2008 rate if unpaid after 18 March 2008 .
